On December 11th, 2012, I announced I intend to run for re-election to the Maryland Senate in 2014 as a member of the 21st District Democratic Team, including Delegates Barbara Frush, Joseline Pena-Melnyk, and Ben Barnes.

In the Senate, I'm continuing the fight for better schools, more affordable college, safer streets, and more jobs in our community.
